⏳ Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it's on the way. Shipping cost and the estimated delivery date for each carrier option are calculated live at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders $35+ ship free.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

All Cutie Pods items are final sale due to the nature of our small-batch production, so we're unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, scent or fragrance strength preferences, or general dissatisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@cutiepods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll come to a resolution
